Beginner to Intermediate Yoga Series

The Beginner to Intermediate Yoga Series consists of a combination of powerful yoga postures to greatly enhance your well-being and your life. We start with the Energising Eight which are fundamental to the daily practice and can be performed in as little as 8 minutes and practiced anytime and anywhere. This is what I do when I am on a long haul flight. Completed every morning these 8 minutes will set you up for your day! Following that you will find The Fundamental Five, Flexible Three, Powerful Two and The Five Tibetans
