The Beginner to Intermediate Yoga Series consists of a combination of powerful yoga postures to greatly enhance your well-being and your life. We start with the Energising Eight which are fundamental to the daily practice and can be performed in as little as 8 minutes and practiced anytime and anywhere. This is what I do when I am on a long haul flight. Completed every morning these 8 minutes will set you up for your day! Following that you will find The Fundamental Five, Flexible Three, Powerful Two and The Five Tibetans


Advanced Yoga Series

The Advanced Yoga Series is similar to the Beginner to Intermediate, but with some more advanced postures. Once you are comfortable with The Beginner to Intermediate Series then start practicing the Advanced yoga Series.
